Kabir Olatoke has had a rich and diverse career in the ICT. Beginning his career as an IT officer in Zenith Bank and later moving to OUTCESS in its formative years, he has grown to become an outstanding and multi-disciplinary ICT professional.
Over his 15-year career, he has been involved in designing implementing and managing projects for large corporates in different industry sectors including financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing and retail. As a result of diverse and deep experience, Kabir has built a high level of proficiency in disciplines such as: Project Management, Design, maintenance and management of call/contact centers, Microsoft Lync implementation, Aspect Unified Communication engineering, Asterisk PBX installation and configuration, and Microsoft Dynamic CRM software application Configuration, Unified Communication, IP-PBX Service networking, Infrastructural Management, and System Centre Configuration management and Networking.
He has participated in various local and international trainings programmes including Microsoft Unified Voice Ignite Training (Bur Dubai, UAE) and Aspect Unified IP 6.6 Installation and configuration (Midrand South Africa). He is a certified Microsoft professional and holds numerous certifications in Aspect UIP 7.1 Implantation and Configuration; MS Windows Server 2008 R2 Networking Infrastructure; Aspect Unified IP 6.6 SP1 Installation and Configuration, Aspect UIP System Fundamental, Windows Server 2003 AD (MCP); Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 Configuration (MCTS), Microsoft Lync 2010 -2013, Design Window Server 2003 AD Network Infrastructure (MCP) and CompTIA A+ certification. Kabir obtained a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Higher National Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering both from Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna State. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo state. As Head of IT and Support at Outcess, Kabir provides leadership in the design, implementation and management of CRM solutions to our clients, as well as driving all our IT support services.
